PROCESS OF JUDICIAL INTERVENTION UNDER THE CONDOMINIUM LAW

Condominium ownership is defined in Article 3 of the Condominium Law No. 634 ("CL") as "a type of private ownership connected to the shared areas of the main immovable and the share of the land." The rights, duties, and obligations of the condominium owners who use the main immovable under the condominium ownership principles, as well as the management structure and principles of the main immovable, are regulated in the CL.
